Broccoli, Chicken and Cheese Casserole!
Pre-heat oven 350 degrees, spray oil in 13×9 pan
1 pound of fresh Broccoli or 4 steamable bags of frozen
2 small cans cream of mushroom soup
2 tablespoons of Sour Cream
2 cups of shredded cheese
1 sleeve of Ritz Crackers crushed (can crush in sleeve)
2/3 Chicken Breasts(cubed), 2 cans of Chicken, or pre-cooked Chicken Strips
1 cup of Milk
1 tablespoon of butter (melted)
Cook Broccoli, drain and put into pan (cut into smaller pieces)
Cook chicken, cut into smaller pieces
Mix well, cream of mushroom soup, 1 1/2 shredded cheese, sour cream and milk in a bowl. Pour over broccoli and chicken. Then mix everything together.
Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup shredded cheese, then crackers on top.
Pour melted butter on top of crackers.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins.
Cut into servings and put into microwavable containers.
