Chocolate-Covered Cherries, Oh NO!

Oh my goodness, It has been 3 years since I’ve had them!  I gave them up when I started making goals of eating better and working out!  I started with Keto, then low-carb and then Weight Watchers.

All of them, except Weight Watchers, restricted them. I could eat them on WW, but it would take a lot of my points and I wasn’t going to let that happen.  Then I talked with my coach, Demetrius Farrior of DFIT, who suggested Diet Recovery.  Diet Recovery allows you to eat real food and snacks but still remain on a meal plan without jeopardizing it.
