A Self Reflection: I add to my own anxiety!

I’m not comfortable with the first photo. It’s the real me and what people see on a daily basis but not what I want them to see. The second photo is me but at a different angle with no visable fat showing. Yesterday I looked like the first photo all day and didn’t think twice about it. I came home after getting my hair done and took the second photo to post on social media. But it didn’t fit the way I wanted it to in the frame. So I posted the other. Whew…… So after much thought about who I want to be, what I want to be and who really matters in my life (people who like me just the way I am), I’m leaving the first one up. It’s the real me. The one who is continuously becoming healthy and strong regardless of time.

My mental and physical training comes from http://www.dfittransformation.com. I am a virtual client. I am a work in progress and I am grateful I found a program that cares enough to give me both.
