4:30am, I slowly got up, got dressed to workout. I closed my eyes on the treadmill while walking because I was still tired and sleepy. I lifted weights, did pushups, squats, planks, incline abs all tired and slow because I was still sleepy. But I finished, completed, done. All before COFFEE! At any time I could’ve gone back to bed, I workout at home. I thought about it, a lot. But I know how not working out feels and I don’t like it at all.
You don’t start successful, muscular, or skinny, etc. You start as a failure, lumpy and fat. It takes motivation, discipline, consistency and courage to create a new habit. DAILY! Having a great DFIT trainer and my DFIT community helps keeps me accountable, too. So get going!!!!!
