Transformation begins with believing: “I need to change!” Wow! Have you ever said that to yourself or to someone else?
I’ve said it a million times over my past lifetime. But never to really claim it and do something about it that changed my life. Until……….August 2018. I had researched DFIT and became intrigued with the testimonies and felt in my spirit that this team of regular people could help me. I was finally ready!
This program has changed my life and the lives of those around me. I don’t even looked like I did a year ago. I look in the mirror and think, “Who is that girl?” Then I smiled because she looks great!
I’ve inspired people at work to look at their lives and change as well. What you do affects others. Are you ready for that? Are you ready to change your life and others? What would the impact be if you did? What would it be if you didn’t?

My transformation didn’t begin as a LOVE, but a BECAUSE. It became a LOVE eventually and then my WHY came!
