Use Your Words Wisely

Don’t stop speaking positively into kids. Your persistence will pay off one day!
Story time!
After recess today, as my class is getting water and waiting patiently in the hall for everyone to finish, a boy in my class notices a worker replacing the tiles. I heard him say, “That guy’s working really hard and doing a really good job taking care of our school.” I took him by the hand and told him to tell the man what he said. He did! I ask him later how he thought the man felt, he said, “Good”. Then I asked him how he felt, he said “Good” with a big smile!
Teaching kids to care about others should be our everyday goal. It is definitely mine.(morning meeting) It’s how you know their listening. Be the example! Matthew 22:37-39
